This is a reference of every PoE 2 monster modifier found on rare and magic enemies, grouped into Speed Buffs, Damage Buffs, Defence Buffs, Environmental Hazards, Curses, and Minion mods. Each entry lists the modifier name and what it actually does in combat.

Use it to spot dangerous combinations before you engage a rare pack, decide which map mods to roll over, or pick the most valuable buffs to steal with Headhunter. Mods stack on rare monsters, so two minor buffs can produce a deadly pack you'd want to skip, or a high-value pack worth chasing.
