PoE 2 Trial of Chaos

The Trial of Chaos is the ascendancy unlock trial for PoE 2 endgame characters. You face waves of rare and magic enemies modified by random buffs, debuffs, and environmental hazards. Survive enough rounds and you earn ascendancy points; fail and the run resets.

This page is a tier list of every choice the Trial throws at you, sorted into Pick (clearly favorable), Conditional (situational, depends on your build), and Avoid (skip or reroll). Use it to decide quickly which boons and lethal monster modifiers are safe and which will end your run.
